Terms of Service

ScreenshotWhale is a web application by Swaynt LLC for creating App Store and Google Play marketing assets — screenshots, feature graphics, icons — from templates or with AI assistance, plus related tools such as the ASO metadata workspace. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

• The free tier has usage limits (exports, AI generations, locales). Paid plans (billed monthly through Stripe) raise those limits as described on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not give partial-month refunds.
• If a payment fails, we may downgrade the account to the free tier after a grace period.
• Prices may change; we will notify you before a change affects your renewal.

• You own what you upload (screenshots, images, app metadata) and you own what you export — including AI-generated results — to the maximum extent permitted by law. You may use exported assets commercially, including in your store listings.
• You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and render your content in order to operate the service.
• You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, and for your store listings complying with Apple's and Google's policies. Store approval is never guaranteed.

Don't abuse the service: no unlawful content, no infringing other people's IP, no attempting to breach or overload the systems, no reselling API access, no automated scraping of the service, and no using AI features to produce deceptive or harmful material.

AI-generated output can be wrong, generic, or similar to output generated for others. Review everything before you publish it. AI features depend on third-party providers and may change or be temporarily unavailable.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swaynt LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made by app stores about your listings.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. If we materially change these terms we will update the effective date and notify you of significant changes. Questions: support@swaynt.com.
